		<description>You are SO right!  I don't know if people realize how much overtime is put in my salaried IT professionals with no PAY.  One is expected to be available whenever there is a crisis or a deadline to be met and there is no consideration that one might have a life outside the job.  It is the abuse of the American worker and it must be stopped.</description>
